As part of this service, we offer the option for permanent lip blush or permanent full lip colour, so there is sure to be something to suit you. Read on to find out more about each type of permanent lip enhancement, and say goodbye to smudged lipstick for good.
Permanent Lip Blush
Our permanent lip blush treatment is our most popular permanent lip treatment, due to the fact that it combines a defined lip line with a blend towards the body of the lips to produce a fullness from the moment you get out of bed each day to the moment you get back in, with no need for removal or smudged lipstick on your pillows. This treatment can be good if you are concerned that your lips are losing their shape due to age, or simply want to enhance your natural lips in a subtle but stunning way.  For just £350, you can benefit from this beauty treatment, which works as a kind of lip blush tattoo for clients in Cambridge.
Permanent Full Lip Colour
To take your permanent lipstick tattoo to another level, for just £45 you can increase your lip enhancement another notch with our permanent full lip colour treatment. This treatment helps to contour to lips (adding definition) as well as to colour the lips, instantly giving the lips a fuller appearance. The total cost of our permanent full lip colour treatment is £395, and when you think that it will last you a lifetime of not having to worry about applying your daily lipstick, with immaculate definition every day instead of risking smudged edges, our previous clients would say it is well worth the investment.

The Benefits of Fractional Laser Resurfacing
At Cambridge Micropigmentation Centre, we specialise in providing micropigmentation treatment, but we are also pleased to offer a number of other services to our customers, including fractional laser resurfacing. This treatment is a single treatment, which takes approximately an hour to complete, and is available to clients across the UK from our Cambridge clinic.
Fractional laser treatment uses a laser, which creates micro-thermal tunnels deep into the skin. This stimulates the body’s natural processes to rejuvenate the skin, with results coming to fruition gradually over three months after the treatment is carried out. The Erbium Yag laser is made to be able to carry out both deep and superficial skin resurfacing. Read on to find out more of the benefits of fractional laser resurfacing.
It Minimizes Imperfections
The use of this laser can help to heal imperfections in the skins such as sun damage, acne scars, and fine lines. The skin absorbes the wavelength of light emitted by the Erbium Yag laser, and its pulses vaporise lines, wrinkles, scars, dark spots and other irregularities. Layer by layer, it can be used to treat mildly atrophic facial scars, for example, left from bouts of acne or illnesses such as chicken pox. It can help with conditions such as dyschromias (alternation of skin pigment), melasma (specifically brown or grey patches on the skin), or lentigines (small brown patches, typically associated with age). Additionally, it can be used to treat mild-to-moderate facial wrinkles in the perioral, periocular, and cheek areas. By using longer and variable pulses, even the most stubborn scars and wrinkles may be treated.
Improves Skin Quality
Aside from any imperfections outlined above, it can also improve the overall quality of the skin. The main benefits that everyone can see from this treatment are an improvement of the skin texture and an evening of the skin tone.
Stimulates collagen
Everyone’s skin ages over time, no matter how much water you drink or how many toxins you avoid. For firmer and more youthful skin, this treatment is able to stimulate the body’s natural healing process, which allows for the production of new, healthy collagen in the deeper layers of the skin, replacing the columns of affected tissue. This process also stimulates the formation of new, underlying collagen, thus providing better elasticity and support for the skin.
It May Help Treat Skin Lesions
This specialise laser treatment is indicated for mildly photodamaged skin lesions. For example, with solar keratoses, scaly, dry patches of the skin may have formed due to sun damage. Whilst these lesions are not usually serious, it is worth noting that the laser can only treat pre-cancerous lesions, and it is important to be aware of the risks that these lesions could become cancerous.
There is Minimal Downtime
Lastly, one of the additional benefits of fractional laser resurfacing is the fact that the treatment is so fast and effective. It only takes one treatment session to complete, and there is virtually no downtime after that; you can simply go about your daily life and reap the rewards as the results continue to develop of the three-month period post-treatment. The skin’s recovery period is approximately between five days to a fortnight, so throughout this time it is vital that you follow a strict aftercare routine. This will help you to benefit from the best results possible.

All About Our Permanent Makeup
Here at Cambridge Micropigmentation Centre, although our specialism is in providing micropigmentation as a solution for hair loss, we can also use these technical tattooing skills to offer a wide range of permanent makeup treatments. As part of our permanent makeup and microblading solutions, we can offer permanent eyeliner and eyelash enhancement, permanent eyebrow make-up, and permanent lip colour. To discover more about what you can expect from each treatment, read on.

Permanent Eyeliner and Lashes
Commonly alluded to being the window to the soul, it’s no surprise that permanent makeup for the eye area is so popular. As part of are range of permanent makeup solution we provide customers with both permanent eyeliner treatments and eyelash enhancement. When it comes to eyeliner, you can choose either a thin or medium line, depending on your personal style and taste. This eyeliner is designed to give your eyes definition and style, allowing you to have the look you want every day without the need for any additional liquids or pencils. You can benefit from our expertise, as our application will be based on an analysis of the shape of your eye, so you can select the style that most suits you. We make sure to apply your eyeliner evenly, so you can benefit from a perfectly symmetrical look, which is hard to achieve with pencils and liquids at home. Furthermore, the eye enhancement treatment that we offer can be applied with or without eyeliner. It makes use of subtle pigmentations between the lash roots. The effect that is produces is the appearance of fuller lashes. Our permanent eyeliner tattoo will last at least a year, and with top-up treatments, it could even last two to three years. The initial treatment will take between one to three hours to finish. After this, you should not use make-up as it heals.

Permanent Eyebrow Makeup
Our permanent eyebrow treatments are designed for both men and women in mind, depending on individual taste, using a process called microblading as well as blending techniques, depending on your chosen look. For this treatment, we make sure to match the colour of your permanent eyebrows to your natural hair colour, blending in brush strokes seamlessly into your natural brow. We will discuss in detail the different options when it comes to eyebrow make-up, so you can choose a style that best suits you. These treatment options include a powder effect, which not only defines the brow, but fills it out, maintaining a natural arch shape. Whether you want more defined eyebrows, or you have suffered from hair loss in this area, we believe permanent eyebrow make-up can be great for everyone, regardless of gender. We can offer complete eyebrow reconstruction, adding fullness to your eyebrow area, for looks that can be both masculine or feminine.

Permanent Lip Colour
Moving away from the eyes, and further down the face, we reach permanent makeup solutions for the lips. These treatments include lip contouring, lip blush and full lip colour tattoos. The primary aim for lip contouring is to add definition, working like a permanent lip liner. By adding shape and fullness in this way, it can be a foundation for either your own everyday lip products, or alternatively, you can incorporate our permanent blush and colour treatments. Combining both a defined lip line and a blended technique to increase the fullness, our lip blush treatment is our most popular choice, and is subtler than our final option. Our full colour permanent lip tattoo treatment both redefines the contour and lip colour, offering the maximum impact when it comes to having your lips ready for each day.

Getting the Perfect Eyebrows
Whilst eyebrow trends have been known to come and go, here at Cambridge Micropigmentation Centre, we can offer you a timeless look that you can enjoy for years to come. We have a range of solutions for you to get the eyebrows of your dreams, with no need to apply daily eyebrow pencils or other make-up kits to your brows.

Current Eyebrow Trends
Prior to 2020, the last decade has seen a rise in popularity of the sculptured eyebrow, sought after since influencers on Instagram have shown off the look, which featured filled-in brows with pronounced angled arches and a sharp tail end, mimicking the look of winged eyeliner. Whilst we are moving slightly way from the perfect stencilled eyebrow aesthetic, there is still an emphasis on the thickness of eyebrows, that we don’t envisage going away any time soon. The trend for thick eyebrows is also being opened to being more textured and fluffier, so whilst neat and uniformly defined, brows are more natural, offering an effortless style.

The Eyebrow Options
When it comes to semi-permanent make-up solutions for your eyebrows, we can offer a range of different options. We can fill in the brows with a powdered effect, or use microblading to simulate hair strokes, making your eyebrows both fuller and better defined. We also combine treatments to offer our signature CMC brow. Whilst these tend to be carried out on women we do also offer a special male eyebrow enhancement or reconstruction service.

Microblading Treatment for Eyebrows
The process of microblading is similar to that of a tattoo. We match the ink pigment to your natural eyebrow hair colour, with the ink then applied to your natural brow area in fine brush strokes, with the aim to blend these with your existing eyebrow hair. The powder effect aims to give more definition to the brows and the goal here is to embrace the natural shape and arch of your brow, resulting in an elegant and stylish eyebrow.

The Price for the Perfect Eyebrows
Each of our treatment options are available for a range of prices depending on the eyebrow style that you require. Both men and women can benefit from complete eyebrow treatment for £350, whilst if you only require the microblading alone, this will cost £325, whilst the powdered effect on its own is just £295.

Eyebrow Microblading Training
As well as offering microblading treatments for eyebrows and powder effect eyebrow tattoos, we also offer training for beauticians wanting to expand on their skills and range of beauty treatments. The training will cover a range of techniques and styles, so you can offer your clients the same great range wherever they are based.
