At Cambridge Micropigmentation Centre, we specialise in offering micropigmentation treatment, but we are also happy to offer a number of other services to our clients, including permanent makeup. As part of our services, we offer permanent makeup training courses, suitable for beginners as well as current beauty practitioners. The CMC Microblading Course for Beginners
During the CMC microblading course, you will benefit from three days of training that covers both the theory and practical side of microblading. The first day will be focussed on theory, when you will learn about the structure of the skin and all aspects of the microblading technique. This includes how much pressure to apply, colour theory, and carrying out consultations with your clients before the drawing stage, through to the procedure itself. We will also cover contraindications (cases where microblading isn’t possible) and health and safety procedures. By the second day, you will begin the practical element of the course, applying the microblading techniques to paper and fake skin, and you will see demonstrations of the treatment by your trainer. Finally, on the third day, you will not only practice the pre-drawing, but also perform the treatment using live models, with full support and supervision.
VIP One-on-One Course for Beginners
Although our CMC microblading course only contains groups of between three to four people, our VIP CMC microblading course for beginners is also available as a one-on-one exclusive. The course plan is the same, but you will benefit from the undivided attention of the trainer, as well as a completely free microblading treatment by our master trainer, Ania Paterak, along with the half price PMU (Permanent Makeup) and laser treatment offer, which those in the group course also benefit from. Both courses also include a full microblading kit, as well as lifetime support post-training, and business practices and marketing advice.
The CMC Full PMU Course for Beginners
If you would like to expand your skillset beyond permanent eyebrow treatments, we also offer the CMC full FMU course for beginners, covering six days in groups of up to two people. The first three days work in the same way as the microblading course, so by the fourth day, you are ready to progress onto permanent eyeliner treatments. On day five, we cover permanent lip treatments, and on the final day, three months after your training is complete, you will have an assessment day. You will benefit from many of the same features of the aforementioned course, but can choose which free PMU treatment you would like, and get a complete kit for carrying out all PMU treatments.
The CMC Advanced Masterclasses
If you have already completed beginner PMU courses, you may be ready to progress to our advanced masterclasses. We offer courses in Ombre brows, as well as a course specifically designed for microblading eyebrows for men, and a course covering advanced microblading techniques for different hair patterns, layering and shading. We also offer a course specialising in ‘Latina’ eyeliner, where you will learn to obtain the perfect flick. Each of these specialist advanced courses takes just one day to complete.
