NO REFUND POLICY - CAMBRIDGE MICROPIGMENTATION CENTRE
At Cambridge Micropigmentation Centre, we are committed to providing the highest quality permanent makeup and aesthetic treatments. By booking and paying for our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following no refund policy:
1. PAYMENT & DEPOSITS
- All treatments require full payment or an agreed deposit to secure your appointment
- Deposits and payments are non-refundable
- Deposits cannot be transferred to other treatments or individuals
2. PACKAGE PAYMENTS & REMAINING BALANCES
- When purchasing a treatment package with upfront payment, the full amount is non-refundable
- Any unused sessions or remaining balance from a prepaid package cannot be refunded
- Package payments cannot be transferred to other treatments or services
- Discontinuing treatment mid-package does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining balance
- All package sessions must be used within their specified validity period
3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the full payment/deposit
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done with minimum 48 hours notice
- No-shows will result in forfeiture of the full payment/deposit
4. TREATMENT OUTCOMES
- Results of permanent makeup and aesthetic treatments may vary between individuals
- No refunds will be provided based on personal preference of results
- Touch-up sessions are included as specified in your treatment package
- Additional touch-ups beyond the included sessions will be charged separately
5. MEDICAL CONDITIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS
- If you are unable to proceed with treatment due to undisclosed medical conditions, no refund will be issued
- We strongly recommend discussing any medical conditions during your consultation
6. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
- In rare cases of medical emergencies, rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of management
- Supporting medical documentation may be required
